1. Purpose

This SOP covers the process that needs to be followed when a customer wants to know how to update their profile details


2. Procedure     

Step 1 -  General profile updates

1.1) Advise the customer that we are unable to change their profile information, but we are able to assist them in making the change themselves.

1.2) Guide the customer to click on the “Profile icon” and then click the “profile details” option. Here, the customer will be able to change the following information:

  • Contact details

  • Orders

  • Wishlist

  • Preferences.


Step 2 - The customer would like to delete their profile


2.1) Customers will not be able to delete their profiles themselves. If the customer wants their profile to be deleted, escalate the ticket with Tech Growth (Identity) by using the Growth - General Tech Request service request. 




Note:

  • This SOP is a living document and should be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • All employees involved in the process should be familiar with and adhere to this SOP.
